MEDIA – GREEN ROOM

• Apologies
  
  Mr Garner is unable to be present for the meeting, due to a teaching course in London.
  
  
• Where are we in terms of the Schedule?
  
  The group s very up to date with the schedule, however last Tuesday shooting had to stop due to Sophie Faulkner not wearing the same clothing, so to enable the film to look professional and as if it was happening within a time period with no breaks, we decided to postpone shooting in order for Sophie to wear the correct clothing.
  
  
• Problems – any illness/weather or technical issues
  
  The camera battery ran out during filming, we had to stop filming for a period of time, while the battery recharged.
  Filming also did not happen on Thursday 16th November due to weather conditions, preventing some of the group members not able to attend school, so the filming will now commence on Wednesday 22nnd November, as well as other shots to keep us on schedule.
  
  
• Solutions and Suggestions
  
  Ensure battery and equipment is ready, the evening before to prevent time being wasted in the morning and filming can immediately commence.
  
  
• Any other Business (AOB)
  
  Make sure Sophie Falkner wears the same outfit, on every set day for filming, in case shots that need re doing have to be shot.
